Mirko Eusebi is the five-time world champion of ‘big game’, deep sea fishing where tuna are the favorite prey. He is from Pesaro and is at the same time the coach of the Italian national team. “Our city is among the favorite destinations for the specialty. Crews from all over the world come to Pesaro and, on the occasion of ‘Pesaro Capital of Culture 2024’ we will also do our part. Because culture and the sea, in these parts, go hand in hand. Catch&release is our technique, once the fish is hooked, we measure it and release it into the water. With Fipsas we recently organized a World Championship which had a very respectable international response. And now we are waiting for new boats for new fishing trips”
