No more single final to assign the Italian Super Cup: it will be assigned with the new formula of the two semi-finals, the Lega Serie A has in fact decided to change the format, the Italian Super Cup will no longer be played in a single match but with the Final Four, on the model than what already happens for the Supercopa in Spain: two semi-finals.
Final Four of the Italian Super Cup, everything is ready. The two semi-finals will be played in Riyadh, Arabia. Inter, given the play and strength of the Nerazzurri, favourites; Napoli probable second finalist, but Lazio and Fiorentina ready to do anything to subvert the predictions. The teams will take to the field, in a new edition in Arabia, on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th January. First semi-final at 8pm between Napoli and Fiorentina, same time for the second match between Inter and Lazio. Ninety-minute matches and immediate penalties in the event of a draw. All matches will be played at the Al-Awwal Park Stadium in Riyadh, with the final scheduled for the 22nd at 8pm.
