Luca Sasanelli, 19 years old, striker of Pescara Calcio was arrested for stalking and is under house arrest in execution of a precautionary custody order from the investigating judge of the Court of Bari, the city where his ex-girlfriend lives against whom he is accused of having committed persecutory acts.

The footballer, born in Bari, would also be accused of private violence. He had not been called up by Pescara for last Sunday’s match in Sassari, as reported by the white-blue club due to a flu attack. Today on the Delfino Pescara 1936 website an official note reads: «Having taken note of what has emerged regarding its member Luca Sasanelli, drawn from a precautionary measure for private life events, he awaits to know the results and investigations of the investigating judiciary, following of which it will evaluate the subsequent procedural steps”.
